Change your Life on Thursdays
On the first, second and third Thursday every month a workshop is held to help lift limiting beliefs in the areas of health, wealth and happiness.
For each category there are three levels, basic, intermediate and advanced. Each session lasts for 1.15 hours and builds on the previous session. However, it is not necessary to do the workshops in a linear order

This workshop is for you if:
- You are interested in making changes in your own life
- You don’t have time to spare on trying out all different techniques to change your subconscious processes
- You don’t want to feel you have to work on yourself constantly to make changes in your life
- You want to improve your financial position
- You have health challenges
- You would like more satisfying and happier relationships
During the workshop you learn how to uncover your own limiting beliefs. Then through a process of short meditations these beliefs are lifted and replaced with ones that serve you.
We then check to see if the blocks have gone.
After attending some or all of these workshops you will find your life changes gently and naturally in a more positive direction although it is not unknown for dramatic and big changes to happen in a matter of days.
